        Today was sweat 5/6 and sculpt 5/6 and also some stretching.
        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                Thanks, everyone. I'm trying my best to lose these last pounds! Doing workouts twice a day trying to get to my goal. Hopefully, it will work...I'm not weighing or measuring until Easter.

                    qdu, I've heard that those last few pounds are stubborn, but I guess I'll have to wait and see for myself. We'll cheer you on to lose them!

                    This morning, I did Burn, my last pledged workout for this month. I will, continue, of course! I got plenty of stored energy, i.e. fat, to work off!

                      Thanks, biogeek! I have quite a few "last pounds" though. The first 70 or so seemed to be easy if that makes any sense.
