      I'm totally out of shape, figured 25 a day will be all I can handle all month long. I'm up to 40 without a pause, and then 15 more after that... It's crazy how soon you improve! My goal is still figuring 25 a day.

      It's crazy! But in a GOOD way! Welcome and enjoy!

        I unfortuantely have to wait until my little one is asleep to get the rest of my exercise done in the evening- in the last week I have made so many changes...all it took was going to see my doctor and having her take my blood pressure and weight (I hadn't weighed myself since after I had my baby)

        I will guarantee 25...lets see if I can do more!!! I bet I can too!

        Incidentally- I would like to express what an inspiration this posting board is...I see everyone making so many positive changes and I want to be right in there too....GOOD GOING ALL!!!

        re-starting atkins: 4/28/09 - 220.7 pounds
        current weight as of:
        goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

        **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

        Counting the cheat free days starting 4/28/2009:

          I allowed myself pauses because the very first 25 were not easy for me!! LOL! So just a head's up! After a few days, it sure gets better.

          I have to tell you, the Challenges are wonderful! I haven't done such a variety of things in one day EVER the way I am here. Many things are improving nicely.

            Okay-
            I did my first set of 25...amd boy it was soooo hard. I did them in sets of ten with my hubby counting (bless his heart). When I was in high school and got down to my lowest weight ever - 169 (as a result of an eating disorder unfortunately) I was doing 200-300/day! I will get there again...mark my words!!! it only takes practice and patience.
