    I could not sleep, so I ended up doing doing 124. I have not decided if that will be it for me for the day as yet!

                    WOW...LOL...forgot I'd done my crunches this morning...oh my belly is gonna hurt tomorrow...
                    Tonight I did:
                    120 crunches
                    20 leg raises
                    20 bum raises

                    am I obsessing?
                    One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

                                Has anyone tried the following abs workout????





                                they really really work!!!! you just roll out and then pull back with your abs to the kneeling position!!!

                                I can only manage about 20 of them before collapsing!!!! At first I couldn't even do 5!!! so my muscles must be gettting stronger!!
