      150/420 for me, Im behind by 30, but Ill be doing another 60 tonight to get caught up . My stretch marks are already faiding and Im almost down to my 150's YAY!

                You know what gang, I've totally been doing sit ups instead of crunches . Thats probably because I dont know how to properly do a crunch, it doesnt bother me at all, but I thought Id just let u know that Im doing sit ups, not crunchs haha

                  didn't do any crunches yesterday- but I managed 125 today, so that more than makes up yesterday and today! I'm so going to hav eto set my goal way higher next month!

                  goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

                  **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

                          Courtney here reporting another 30 situps for Monday night, a total of 210/420 . Plus weights and Pilates Im on a role gang . We are doing great gang , keep it up
