    You might have been updating while I was posting...?

    I should be at 46/100 miles as I had a 4 mile run today, and a 5 mile walk.

                  Its not always easy to find the time to exercise - sometimes life gets in the way. The important thing to remember is to make the time because each and everyone one of you is worth the effort.

                            BTW, I should have said stationary recumbent bike, less you get too envious! It is actually windy here in Big D today as well and cloudy.

                              Thanks! It's always great to meet it, like the previous 23 times I've gotten under 250. LOL! The next one will be special for me...about 8 or 9 pounds away.

                              Oooh, I almost bought one of those before Christmas for my legs. My big butt wasn't fitting well but I would have just dealt with it. However, with the little bit I tried theirs out on, my legs were killing me the next day and I couldn't even walk. So I put it off. Good thing, too. I hadn't even been diagnosed with some of my leg problems yet.

                              Now that the legs are getting better, I'm going to consider some sort of indoor bike for bad-weather days. It's killing me to look out the window and pine for my bikeride... So never mind me and rack up those miles!!
