    OK, I have a question. As I am getting closer to the GOLD. Is there something I need to change in my profile or something to determine which program I will go for after that? And what are the differences? I am being lazy and counting on you guys to tell me what I want to do LOL.

      after you earn gold if you stay with your current program you will be going for platinum following your current plans rules. if you switch to the prefermance program after you win the gold you will be going for a Bronze again but under those rules you count every point and the pointtotals for each medal are double the challenge totals. After you win a goal there you can go for platinum there too. 1,000,000 points are needed in the preformance level and 500,000 in the champion level.

        OK, I am going to stay where I am and go for Platinum. That should be by the time I am 50 years old right??? LOL.

            ok Ron Burgundy is now a member, i'm on 478 points for yesterdays workout.

            what should my goal be per month ????

              set your own goal, ron. you're in the group but you work as an individual.
              you could figure out how many points you need to achieve a certain award, divide that by 30, 60 days, whatever and come up with how many points you need to achieve per day.
              or
              be like most of us and just do your exericse then log it and get to goal whenever you get to goal.

                  welcome to the ADBB pres CHALLENGE.

                  Be sure when you enter our group you type your board name as your memeber name. I can't tell you how many folk are listed as ADBB PRES CHALLENGE. I know at one point we had 15 of them and nobody knew which was which to say woo hoo you are doing good or hey are you okay you didn't log your exercise.

                      thanks for the update next week's post will have them on ADBB for you. when folk get behind in posting we don't know ifi it is cause they were like you just not posting or they stopped working out or are injured.

                              if you mean this challenge read the first post and follow the link to the PRESIDENTS CHALLENGE site.

                              if you mean another type of ecercse challenge just issue your criteria and challenge the board to join you. if it is some other type of nonexercise challenge go to the challenge forum and post it there. if somebody wants to join you they can. then talk the challenge up when you answr posts and in your journal and folk will join.
