    Well, I didn't do any exercises during lunch on 5/25....funny how work gets in the way.

    Here's my other workout days:

    5/26 -- 20 minutes stretching and crunches
    5/27 -- 20 minutes stretching, arm curls, back flies, and tricep extensions
    5/28 -- 20 minutes stretching, crunches, and some leg workouts
    5/29 -- 20 minutes stretching, arm curls, back flies, tricep extensions, and crunches

    270/250
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

          bio, i reached goal with ya!

          balance ball stretch 15 minutes
          chest press, pull overs and dumbbell curls 5 minutes
          4 minutes of the stab. ball exercise program on demand that i taped before moving.

          24 minutes total

              I just recently started using a stability ball; I never did before because I thought I was too clumsy I'd love to join this challenge for next month if there's going to be one! My chiropractor taught me lots of stretches to do on the stability ball, but I don't know the names of any, so I'll have to look into that.

                  Hey Cynthia! When I first started using a stability ball, I thought I was either gonna pop the dang thing or roll right off it. Well, at least the first one never happened, and after a few days, I became coordinated enough to stay on the dang thing. Glad you're with us for the next challenge!!!
