mickkey...awesome transformation of your closet. I'm jealous of your walk-in closet. LOL.. nice! Beautiful flowers too! Petunias and merrigolds are so colorful. I planted some multicolored pansys by my front door in April and they're so pretty even today.

It's great to hear how everyone's getting their chores/exercise done for May.

I'm ready for June's chore list to start.

Aw sally I really don't mind the heat!! but then English weather isn't really that hot!!

Mickkey - you did well! good paintwork and gardening!

Yep had a Total knee replacement 10 months ago - went back to work (full time at 3 months) some days are more difficult than others as my hip is not quite right due to where my leg was so badly alligned for a long time and is now still bedding in to its new position! and the other knee will probably be done next! - How old was your sister when she had both done - my mate had both done at 60 and he was back to work at 10 weeks - amazing! My doc won't let me do anything like running, tennis etc - I am 44 and have to make it last a LONG time!! Having said that - the change in my life is so huge - just to have a whole painfree day is brilliant! now I get loads of them!

Thanks Apple and UKG. You both did a good job also! Now it's on to June.

Apple, I do adore flowers, any kind. Panseys are beautiful, love the varieties of color.

UKGirl, my sis was 60 also. My Mother took care of her after. I do know she was in a lot of pain and it was wearing her out daily for several weeks. She was out of work for a good 3-4 months. I don't envy either of you. I can imagine its a tremendously rough experience to have gone through. But, it's good to hear you are up and about and pain free.

Sally, did you say that Jimmie had made us some kind of awards to put in our siggy's? How do we go about getting that? thanks.

See ya all next month I hope.

I see you're champing at the bit Mickkey! I thought I'd be on here before most of you people, as you're largely over the ocean! It's 9.20 in the morning here.
Yesssss... jimmie was super kind and made us NINE awards for the end of the month (you only get to choose one though! ). You'll be getting a pm sometime today... I'm really looking forward to this part of the challenge!

Heavens! Today’s already the last day of the month! It seems to have gone in a blink. Must be all our hard work that sped things up. So…
                Congratulations everyone!

A big round of applause to: ncarolina, UK Girl, apple, jimmie, Cynthia, Mickkey, Theperfect10 and me ( ) for reporting in “goal achieved” . The award is yours. Pms coming! (Yell out if I missed anyone… and remember, there’s still until the midnight hour for anyone else to make the finishing line).

Also, a clap on the back to all participants for getting down and dirty (!!) and doing a bit of slaving, sweating, groaning, pushing or pulling in the name of exercise, and turning “procrastination” into a dirty word. Thank you all for coming along on such a bumpy ride!

                Well done!

                Onward to June!

Don't worry about posting today... as long as you finish today, that's what counts. If you tell us tomorrow or another day that you finished in time, then you get the award! I so want to give it to you!

I didn't make it. I messed up starting with graduation, and it's been downhill ever since.
I am starting over after the weekend though.

Awwww... not to worry Mia... there's always June! Lots of us didn't quite make the deadline.
If you're starting after the weekend, do join us! It's the doing something, however little, that counts. Any little bit of exercise helps, in whatever form!

Did you graduate? I recently congratulated someone on their graduation... was it you? I get dizzy with all the posts! lol!

Well, I only got half-done. The gardens look bee-yoo-ti-ful, but that darn basement yesterday couldn't compete with going swimming with my kids. Ah well, bright side: It's still way better than when May started. Good job all on your chores!

well, I cleaned out some of the boxes in my spare room BUT more importantly I've been organizing the office. Not totally there yet put have put a good dent in it, kept my current progress, and continue to organize.
