    Hi Everyone

    sign up for the May abs challenge

    just let me know how many you intend to pledge per day or the total for the month.

    Summer is getting so so close now!!! its not too late to get those fab abs for the beach!!

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Whew, hoping this one would show up!

      100 six times a week: giving myself one day off to rest. So 2,700 for the month of May.

              Yay!

              Last month the April Abs Challenge was my very first challenge. I pledged 50 a day, and while it was rough at first, I ended up doing a lot more than that.
              So, in the spirit of keeping this a challenge, I am going to pledge 100 a day for a total of 3100 for the month of May.

                    re-starting atkins: 4/28/09 - 220.7 pounds
                    current weight as of:
                    goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

                    **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

                              Hi. I want to commit to 100 ab exercises per day. My son plays highschool football and has shown me his 3 minute abs routine they do in practice. Im gonna get him to help me with it again this weekend. Its way more than 100 though so I may up my commitment, if he dont kill me with it first!
