Well, since I HATE abs work and feel discouraged that I'll never even see them under all the fat on my tummy, I guess this is a good challenge for me, huh?
Since it's a first for me, I'm committing to 300 per week (1200 for the month), which will probably end up being 100 per toning/strength-training work out, 3 days per week.
If I do this, will I look like you do in your bikini, Jane??

. Im doing 60 sit ups a night, Ive already done my 60 situps for Tuesday night, May.1st. That leaves me with only 1800 left haha
