            ok- I'm going to have to rethink my pledge for this month- I have been fighting sickness for the last bit now and it's been way hard to get my 100 crunches in.

            I'd like to lower my pledge to 50/day for this month- that way, once I get my energy back I can try to do more. That just seems more realistic for me right now. I know that I can do 100- it's just getting that many in everyday.

            so I got 50 for today.

            goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

            **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

                I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                  I did 200 every day except for one, being on the road and sooo tired I just forgot that one day, but I will make up for it this weekend!!!
                  So untill now 1600 down !!!
