    This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.

    This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

    I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

            Got my 50 in today. I am feeling pretty good so I think I may up the amount tomorrow. Everyone is doing so great! Congratulations!

                did 72 on 6/04/07 (specifiying because it is now officially 6/5 lmao)
                so that makes 142/1000

                i may end up upping mine because my best friend was all "doing only 30 something a day isn't going to do anything. try doing a hundred a day" so i just may up that... don't know lol
                When I was 18 I started out at 250+ pounds and embarked on the atkins diet..
                I'm back at 250 and am ready to go again and KEEP it off this time.

                      25 for me for today.

                      Could I ask a favor

                      I was looking on the internet and there are so many different variations of "crunches" and the ways to do them...which is best? And also, crunches and sit-ups are different so it seems.

                      So, who is doing what and which is the right way? Wanna make sure I'm doing these right.

                      Can't believe I can only do 25 . Have always had weak abs (but thats no excuse)

                          Yesterday, I did crunches in the swimming pool. Did that with water aerobics a couple of years ago. Stay cool while you work out!
