Re: June Abs Challenge - Sign up and Report Thread
50 for yesterday. I feel like such a wimp compared to some of you guys! I am doing this in addition to slim in six, though, and we do a lot of crunches with it. I'm too tired to count how many we do, though.

Don't feel like a wimp. Some of "us guys" have been doing crunches for a long long time. You will be like us soon, I have no doubt of that.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
Re: June Abs Challenge - Sign up and Report Thread
Hey guys and gals. I've been slacking a bit in my situps, I did 65 today, I think Im behind 2 days. I've been breaking out in pimples and have become very crampy in the past month, TOM isn't due yet so Im not sure whats going on. It seems harder to do the situps, every day. I have still kept 5 above my goal from last month but it feels like Im gonna die after just 5... anyone know whats up? Thanks

We can lose this weight! Hugs, Jenny Female 43

This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.
This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.
I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!
