    No worries, Jimmie! I've never done 45 min at once, but even if you didn't do ab work specifically, you're still working your abs on the ball.

    This morning, I did 20 minutes.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      you are right about that bio. keeping the abs tight is a constant when you're on the ball even if it isn't the specific target area. no wonder my abs hurt! lololol

      you're almost to your goal again! i've got you down for 280 now and the goal is 300.
      i'm going to try to finish mine up today.

          Well, I've reached my goal for the month...did 20 minutes this morning. That doesn't mean I won't do any more exercises though!

          Way to go on doing ANOTHER 45 mintues on the ball, Jimmie!
