Richt, sorry to hear about your injury. I know how tough it is to get in a workout when you are hurt. Glad to see you back at it, but take it easy. I envy you for being able to run. I'm not sure that my knees will ever allow that again.
I guess lately I have just become a workoutaholic! And one that is stuck in a rut, as well. For the third day in a row, I did the same pattern. 532 calories burned on 20 minutes with weights and 40 minutes on the bike.
