                Also, I missed last Wednesday 7/11. That day was 450 calories burned. 20 minutes weights, 10 walking, and 25 on the bike.

                            Looks like Gonnabeskinny is going to win July easily.

                            first bit of exercise for me this evening, for 2 weeks due to a niggling injury.

                            2.6 mile run = 305 calories

                            It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




                            I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                              Richt, sorry to hear about your injury. I know how tough it is to get in a workout when you are hurt. Glad to see you back at it, but take it easy. I envy you for being able to run. I'm not sure that my knees will ever allow that again.

                              I guess lately I have just become a workoutaholic! And one that is stuck in a rut, as well. For the third day in a row, I did the same pattern. 532 calories burned on 20 minutes with weights and 40 minutes on the bike.

                                305 calories burnt this evening from a 2 mile treadmill run.
