Meena- if it was heart rate raising exercise for you-then absolutely! Typically for stuff like that, I personally, cut the time in about half. I figure between stopping, putzing, browsing, etc I kill about half the time I'm out. The other half, I'm trudging up hills or hauling hiney to go see something. LOL

    Rikki- How's it going?

Mia? Thinsoon? Bio? Liz? Apple?? Wherrrrrrrrrre are you?

Where is everyone?? How are those minutes totalling up everyone?!!

I'm up to 809 heart pumping/sweat filled minutes already this month. I see some of you are kickin' butt and takin' names too!

Today we did a PT Jazzercise class. It was my first one and oyyyyyyyyyy. I'm gonna hurt tomorrow!! It was only 39 minutes long- but it was straight weight training. My may never be the same.

    At least I hope!

      I'm here here I am!

I did 2.5 miles in 45 mins yesterday and then did 15 mins of yoga to stretch out the stinky body.

Today will be a hogpoge of exercise...so I'll have to check back in later. I plan on getting on my treadmill and then doing some lifting with my weights to work on my arms....

That sounds reasonable to me. I'll include it as 90 minutes of walking. We parked far away and it took a good 10 minutes to get into the fair--I also pushed the stroller through the park and we huffed it from the front all the way to the back where the kids rides were located so I think between all of that I'd say I put in a good 90 minutes of walking around.

My back is killing me today from it--lol. I actually had a good time though because this is the first time I went to the fair and fit in the rides with my kids. A definate first for me.

Woohoo!!! You are all doing so awesome!!

I've got another jazzercise class under my belt today. This brings me within a breath of my goal for the month! I'll be upping the goal for next month!

I'll break my goal - maybe I'll do it yet today just so I can say I did, or maybe tomorrow.

                hehehehehe

Brook - WTG - you are almost there!

I have 3 workouts scheduled for the week, I go for 1 hour at a time while I'm at the Y. If I get one on the weekend and two next week then I'm still under.... so I may go each day this week. Besides it won't hurt me!

I'm sure I made it if you count the hours and hours of walking I did in london... but finding it impossible to figure out the last 2 weeks... due to that vacation... also last week was a slacker due to the fires!
                            so sorry!
