Meena- if it was heart rate raising exercise for you-then absolutely! Typically for stuff like that, I personally, cut the time in about half. I figure between stopping, putzing, browsing, etc I kill about half the time I'm out. The other half, I'm trudging up hills or hauling hiney to go see something. LOL

I'm up to 809 heart pumping/sweat filled minutes already this month. I see some of you are kickin' butt and takin' names too!
Today we did a PT Jazzercise class. It was my first one and oyyyyyyyyyy. I'm gonna hurt tomorrow!! It was only 39 minutes long- but it was straight weight training. My
may never be the same.
