        I spent 20 minutes doing the exercise for all the other challenges I'm in. I'm pretty sure it was 20 minutes--I forgot to look and just guesstimated. I'll remember to keep track tomorrow.

            60/1500 for me so far....man, what a day it was yesterday. 2 miles on treadmill, plus walking around campus, plus walking around shopping

              I got in 30 minutes "official" exercise--but I also walked around target and did deep knee bends at the library--lol. I didn't count that though--it's all bonus stuff.

                65 minutes of some killer Jazzercise today. Oyyyy. I talked about a couple of the exercises in my journal.....but one of them seriously looks like this:



                and hurt? Ohhhhhh boyyyy. Owwwww!!

                That makes a total of 129 minutes so far this month. Woohooo!

                We are kickin' butt!

                  Well, I bowled today for about 2 hours, didn't think it would be a workout but man was I sweating!!!!! counting half of that b/c there was some pauses inbetween, but I was bowling with a friend practicing for our team at work, but we each had our own lanes so we were constantly going! my left leg feels like it will fall off, and my right arm is kinda sore too! Whoooda thunk it, bowling is exercise!

                    Brook, you crack me up! LOL Sorry to be laughing at your pain!

                    I currently swim twice a week for 50 min to an hour (Mon and Wed), and that is followed by water aerobics for another 45 or so. So far, that's 210 minutes there. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I like to hurt myself by using the dreaded elliptical machine. So far, I only do 30 minutes b/c the darn thing hates me, I swear! So that's another 60 minutes. I also did an hour of walking on Wednesday afternoon....so to date, I'm up to 330 minutes. I'm not going to count my stretches, crunches, or stability ball exercises as part of my minutes b/c I want to really challenge myself on aerobic exercises. Melt fat, melt!!!

                      Rikki- Anyone who says bowling ain't exercise hasn't done it in entirely too long. LOL

                      How's it going, everyone?? Feeling happy with the goals you set for yourself? They too high? Too low? Just right?? How goes the workouts?

                      I went to Jazzercise both Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Let me tell you this: 15 hours between classes isn't enough time.

                      I *hate* the exercise, but man oh man does it work those glutes and quads! This month's routines are awesome and I expect some visible differences by the end of the month.

                      I have no class today - which works out well because I have meetings - but class resumes at 8am tomorrow.

                      Have I mentioned I don't like 8am on Saturdays? LOL

                            woo hoo on the sweatin' going on in here. I think I might need a towel to wipe down my montior when I come in here.....lol..

                            I helped my mom move yesterday, so i'm counting all that as exercise: lifting, bending, lunges, squats, walking up and down steps, and falling on my saying "oh, bad words, oh bad words".....

                            270/1500 for me. Okay, so I got a lot of ground to cover with the minutes over the next few weeks. Somebody stop the calender from turning for a minute, will ya?

                              another round for me...330/1500, 60 minutes of 3 miles and 50 situps watching "Over the Hedge" with the girls. I think I was an overacheiver when I made my goal. Hey, might as well give a try and see how far I can go.
