                I havent check in since is the weekend but I been good full of enery.
                Is my 8th day on Induction and I can see the diffrence allready

                  I've been excercising my butt off (stacking wood, moving hay, yardwork, getting ready for snow), but not in mileage. So, I better get moving.


                  So far, Fri 10/5 .. 1 mile Nordic track
                  Sunday 10/7 .. hiked 2 miles

                  3/30
                  MAY 2010 Challenges
                  ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
                  I weigh once a week, Mondays !

                            It's been so long since I've been on my Nordic Track, I forgot what a hard workout it is! Maybe I'll start doing some walking to balance it out

                              10/6 5 miles bike
                              10/7 off
                              10/8 0.5 mile swim (don't know if this counts, but I hope it does!)
                              HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                              Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                                Back from my camping weekend..we walked a mapped out trail in the nature...had a great time and saw some wildlife that I dont see in Miami!!
