      Hey im new to the list but you can put me down 10miles for Oct I WALK,AND BIKE,I do 2mils every nite and take sun,mon off.

          503 this morning. 30 minute walk, 20 minutes weights, and 15 minutes on the bike.

              I use an ab cradle in my flat to do my crunches, it has a digital display, and it says that in the last 4 days I have burnt 105 calories on it. Dont know how this can be accurate, but I will count them

                      527 yesterday and another 527 today. Both days were 20 minutes on weights and 45 minutes on the bike.
