        How much do you guys reckon i pledge for my first month? I know decembers not up yet but was just wondering what was good for a first timer.

          heidi, the band that came with my ball is way shorter than what is being used on the dvd so there are lots of things i have not been able to do with it. what i can do, worked out fine at first because i was not doing any kind of dumbbell work. the band was resistance enough. on the beginner part of the dvd, i use weights now when i can instead of the band. on the more advanced stuff i still have to use the band but again, it's too short to do everything.

          i have to buy a longer one.

            emma, you can see that some of us that have been doing this for almost a year are stuggling this month. i would go no more than half of what we pledged, say maybe 155. that would be 5 minutes a day for december. you'll probably not do the minutes everyday, but therein lies part of the challenge.

            i'll get the december thread started in a few minutes.

                          the final report is as follows:
                          11/21 - 20 minutes
                          11/22 - 35 minutes, yep, on Thanksgiving. Go me!
                          11/24 - 20 minutes
                          11/26 - Monday from ****, only managed 15 minutes
                          11/28 - 25 minutes
                          11/29 - 20 minutes

                          Now I gotta go add it up....brb....
