Jimmie I was thinking about buying a band to increase my work outs how do you like using them??????
heidi, the band that came with my ball is way shorter than what is being used on the dvd so there are lots of things i have not been able to do with it. what i can do, worked out fine at first because i was not doing any kind of dumbbell work. the band was resistance enough. on the beginner part of the dvd, i use weights now when i can instead of the band. on the more advanced stuff i still have to use the band but again, it's too short to do everything.
i have to buy a longer one.

emma, you can see that some of us that have been doing this for almost a year are stuggling this month. i would go no more than half of what we pledged, say maybe 155. that would be 5 minutes a day for december. you'll probably not do the minutes everyday, but therein lies part of the challenge.
i'll get the december thread started in a few minutes.
