I did the exercise posted in the lose the love handles challenge. I have no idea what the name of it is, but it's a good workout. And a little stretching.

Thanks Jimmie I'm on a mission ........ my weight is moving so slow and I'm doing this up daown up down thing it's driving me crazy! So I am making myself step it up and pushing a little harder to see if I can break through this SLOW stage I am in.
