I just did all my tests for the end of December/beginning of January but still see no thread
Here's what I got:
* The Step Test - 96 (Good) Not much change really but I have been slacking terribly on my aerobc workouts ...... picking that back up this month so hopefully alot more change at the end of January!
* The Squat Test - 85 (Excellent) Up 31 from last month! I was amazed I could do this many I guess quatting everyday is making a HUGE difference! LOL
* The Situp Test - 48 (excellent) Up 7 from last month
* The Pushup Test - 18 (average) still in the average setting but up 3 from last month!
