            yes it will be repeated, its an every month thing, Alexa has been away with family for the holidays and isnt back to posting yet!

            reports for each month go in around the 5th i think it is!

              I just did all my tests for the end of December/beginning of January but still see no thread

              Here's what I got:

              * The Step Test - 96 (Good) Not much change really but I have been slacking terribly on my aerobc workouts ...... picking that back up this month so hopefully alot more change at the end of January!

              * The Squat Test - 85 (Excellent) Up 31 from last month! I was amazed I could do this many I guess quatting everyday is making a HUGE difference! LOL

              * The Situp Test - 48 (excellent) Up 7 from last month

              * The Pushup Test - 18 (average) still in the average setting but up 3 from last month!
