            I got on the ball finally last night. I know I am a bit of a slacker since it is already the 17th and this was my first time. But I got on there last night for 30 minutes. I also started walking with a girl at work for 2 fifteen minute trips. I am feeling so good right now.

            I guess I am going to set a goal of 200 min. for this month
            How does one become a butterfly?

                  This morning I completed 10 minutes on the ball with stretches and abs. Didn't do any extras last night, so maybe better luck tonight.

                        I did my second set of 10 minutes for the day. This time, I focused on lower body exercises and a few more stretches.
