    Hi everyone. Thankyou fatbottomgirl. I love it here, seeing every-one doing so well and encouraging each other. so keep up the good work guys.

    My walks are still around the 3,500 mark, but I am wearing chung si shoes in the house, diet power shoes for my walks and jumping on the tramopline, not forgetting my new ijoy machine.

    I think low carb is the best.

              Sorry Sherri... can't tell you the brand of mine. It was a freebie which came with my digital camera, and I can't see a brand name anywhere . Probably Chinese. I keep expecting it to break at any minute, but it actually works far better than my old one!

              The old one was a fancy thing with lots of bells and whistles which I never used. It called itself Oregon Scientific (or something like that), but I wouldn't recommend it.

              Hope someone else can help you. There are plenty out there at low prices, and you don't need anything stunning. Sometimes I think the simpler ones work best.

                sherri , mine is a BELL. just a medium priced pedomter. the clip seems to be very secure. that was a problem for a challenger or two. i like the number display on mine. i can see it without my glasses. the only real glitch i had was when the battery got jammed somehow but it was an easy fix.

                back at it and i'll try to keep up this week although it is turning out to be a busy one so far.

                      Hi Sherri.... I got my ped. at walmart for a cheap 4.97 and it works great..it says sportline on the front..in the instructions make sure you read on how to put in your stride..I have to admit that was the hardest part for me..trying to figure out what to press and for how long to get it set. after that just clip it on an go..

                                Got my new pedometer Actually I think I like this one better - didn't feel like I walked anymore than usual but according to it... I walked ALOT today
