    Charks I think you're entitled to the award already... you just have to be in the challenge. Jimmie will set you straight, I'm sure. Hope your migraine is better today.

    Mellany... sounds like you've got a great pedometer there, if it tells you you're walking more!!
    I think pedometers are rather like scales... as long as you use one consistently, it's not all that important if they register slightly differently.

      Sally, the shoes are wonderful. chung si shoes really help posture and helps to tone. . Diet shoes have weights and you burn off a lot more calories. You get used you the lighter weights and then you wear the heavier weights.

      I walk about with the chung si in the house as they do have a strange shape. The other i use for my walks. The diet shoes look nice and fashionable.

        char, this is one of the few challenges that really doesn't have an award attached to it. zencyn, who first set this challenge into motion, never had an award, only the pedometer graphic showing that a member was in the challenge.
        now, if you want a real true award, we could talk about it.

              They both sound awesome! I wish I could get those here.... Must check out the sports shops.

                              I bought a pedometer today at Walmart. The Frontline one. So as soon as I get the stride set I can hopefully join all of you here for this challenge. Is it to late to join?
