    I've got the stride set and ready to go. I'm excited to see how many steps I actually take a day. Although I'm really sore today. I've been really pushing myself lately. In a good way. Thank you all for your support with this. I'm happy to be joining such a great group of ladies.

          Hello Challengers,

          Today I took a rest day. Do all of you clip on your pedometer when you first get up? I didn't, Oh well I'm learning. I'm not sure what to set my goal at. I'm new at this.

          2,561 steps

          Doesn't seem that much does it. I'll kick it in gear once I rest up. I'm really tired today. I've been going all week non stop. My body is telling me it's time for a break.

                  Sherri... you set a weekly target starting Sundays. Why not see how many steps you do on Friday and Saturday and use that as a guage... you could up your average by just a little, to make it a challenge.
