    Count me in the pedometer challenge. I will start tomorrow. I will see how many steps I can get in this week and then will set a goal after that.

          off day for me so i get nothing for today.
          one of these weeks i'll have to try putting the pedometer on for the entire day just to see what happens. it doesn't log the steps right while doing flight. it might be interesting to see what happens.

                What brand or style of pedometer does everyone use? I had one a while back but gave it to my son to play with because it was so inaccurate. It would clear by itself or not record steps..
                I would love to be part of this challenge but want to have the best tools.

                  L2L, mine is a clip on manufactured by Bell. i bought it at Meijer, a super store like wal mart only better.

                  it fritzed out on me one time but it was just in need of a battery. the numbers are large enough for me to read without my glasses which is one thing that sold me on it.

                    My pedometer is a clip on; a cheapo freebie that came with my new Canon camera; but it works just fine.
                    As for the old one, which I bought off ebay, ummmm... well it came to a sticky end... or rather a watery end... well, sort of watery. I never told you guys, cos I was too embarrassed, lol.

                    Was really quite funny... it was clipped on my jeans as usual, a few weeks back, and on one of my ultra frequent trips to the loo, after I'd done what no one else can do for me, on raising my jeans again, the wretched pedometer fell off (which it was prone to doing)... guess where? Yep, splash! Straight into the loo!
                    Ewwww!!

                    Well, that was the end of that one! A watery grave.

                      Should have used it to measure breaststrokes when you went swimming

                                Okay... I really think I am stalking Jimmie at this point as this is another challenge that I would like to join . I just went to Wally-World and bought a pedometer so I will start tomorrow. Since I have never used on of these before I will have to follow Brenda's idea and figure out a goal thru the next week.
