    Well I got to work at 6:15 a.m. this morning put on the pedometer...it's now 7:25 p.m. and I just pulled it off after the treadmill and I'm tired..didn't get any sleep last night so gonna go watch house hunters and chill out the bed in a bit...

                  brady is dealing with tonado aftermath (i think he'll be back at some point)
                  caryl will return when real life simmers down a bit.


                  that's how things go in this challenge. we come and go and come back. it will be open at any time for anyone who doesn't need the stress of making goal each week. in other words, this is a most flexible challenge.

                    Now that I'm getting the hang of all this I'm sure to set a better goal next month!!
                    Mel...I could'nt jump rope if I wanted all that water I'd never make it to the bathroom..actually I'm getting to old for jump rope ..lol..I'd never make that challenge..LMAO!!

                      you can actually set a new goal come sunday. no need to wait a whole month unless other things are going on and you just want to wait for march.

                              Hope your knees feeling better Mellany....
                              Quite here at home tonight...hubby went to a beer Can Convention in Virginia until Sunday...it sucks being home alone...well my little penny's with me my Boston terrier..the house is so big and empty I don't like it one bit!!!

                                Thanks Charks! Wow your numbers are really kicking bottom... Have you measured lately ~ I wouldn't be suprised to hear you have lost some inches with as great of a job you are doing keeping on track with your mileage & steps. Oh and look - you have a pretty award (I WANT ONE )

                                Since knee is still on the outs - 3237 -- gonna have to step it up (no pun intended) hopefully by this weekend.
