    Good to see you here Jill.....

    98 when I got out of work yesterday...the mill that I work in ..yuck you walk in the door and the heat just slaps you right in the face...it must of been 105 inside,I got home did my chores then waded around in the pool...I am so glad I bought the pool.this will be our first season with it...

    Still no p.c. and last night I let it get to me..I hate not having it but I see how controlling it is..lol..

              Good Morning! I walked last night around dusk and did a quick five but wanted to get back onto mornings so I was up at 6:30 this morning. I was sooo stiff in the hips and knees this morning. Took me three miles to get up to my us ual pace and then I could only hold it for a mile. At least tomorrow I lift weights so my tired legs will have a chance to recover.

                    No active walking today. It is a strength training day, but I am going to wear my pedometer to see just how inactive I am the rest of the day.

                          i won't be setting any particular goals except to say i want to watch my weekly totals and either match or improve the week before. the next 6 weeks is an unknown but i'll give it my best shot.
                          the steps i record will be from walking the hiking trail. no bike, no shopping, etc.

                            Well I didn't walk today, but I wore the pedometer and test ran a samba exercise DVD so I got in 6600 steps. Tomorrow is a walking day though.
