    Thanks for the encouragement all, but I was doing 4 miles for the past onth so it isn't that bad to up it now. LOL Today was a strange number 10101. Easy to remember though

    Today I attacked the road--had a bounce in my step, found it easy to keep revving up-- as opposed to last week when I had a couple of days where I was just going through the motions. I wasn't any faster, just felt better.

          I get amused by some of the numbers too Jill... often some odd combinations and strange repetitions. My numbers for yesterday make me feel like a Bond Girl!!! Wish I looked like one!!

            I hear you! Today was funny too, in a different way. Exact same route, but totally different numbers. I think my music was at a slightly slower pace today so my stride was longer.

                        i think i picked a really bad week to start back with this challenge. my plan, that i devised after surgery was to get through the month of june before taking so much back on, but you see i didn't keep to the plan.

                          Sally, If you want a couple more, go for the twin towers in Kuala Lumpur and the IFC building in Hong Kong. I will try to find out the number of flights for you!

                          Today was fabulous walking weather and I felt good so I did 7.4 miles at a 4.4 mph pace! WooHoo! I forgot my pedometer but based on the steps I have been taking for shorter distances I estimate it at 12,424 steps.

                            Jimmie...don't be so hard on yourself..for what you've been through you are doing great,don't push it...you'll get the numbers up before you know it!!

                            China you are really doing great to..it's fun coming in seeing how everybody's doing i look forward to it every night....

                            Sally...I didn't mean to laugh about the Bond Girl..I know you would be an awesome Bond girl....It just popped in my head ,you know the skimpy tight little outfits they wear...and the push up bras...I could use one of those...lol

                              jack promised a walk in the park but got waylaid at work. i'm gonna start going in the mornings by myself or something. i have walk and if i must go by myself, then i will.

                                I agree with Char.... Jimmie, go easy on yourself. You have plenty of time to get those numbers up. Even if you only do a little more each day (generally... not necessarily your pedometer walks). Surgery was not far away and you're doing wonderfully.

                                Char... Tks for the vote of confidence (Hey! I only want Sean Connery... ) . I didn't take offence at all. You know though... we 54 year old Bond girls can do with all the help we can get. Bring on the push-up bras!!!

                                Jill...thanks! Always good to know of great buidings to climb! Over there in the flights challenge we're running out! Actually, after I've finished the last set, I thought of doing another Callenger's Choice.
