    Sorry not to be more chatty these days... just about get time to dash in here and post steps, with a quick skim through the thread. Good to read all your "doings" though.
    Now have a sudden and unexpected lull in the pace... am just waiting for the phone to ring and change all that!!

      Nothing today. Schedule just got messed up today and I had a splitting headache tonite. So, I am taking the night off.

            having a bit of a hard time, girls. i was so tired yesterday and i think today may not be much better. this was to be expected about half way through my treatments but i was hoping it wouldn't happen at all.

              Better to take care of yourself, J. The road will always be there for when you feel better.

              Char, maybe it is that East coast air quality. My headache definitely had that sinus feel to it. I hate that. You don't really feel sick but you just don't feel right all day.

                i made myself go walk. i was fine after i got started, still tired but once you get so far, there's no turning back

                  Jimmie...take it easy..what... you think this is a marathon or something..if it is i'm in the wrong place!!!!

                  Jill thats how mines felt..3 days and today it kinda goes behind my eye and sinus pressure also..thats weird now at least i feel btter that I'm not the only one feeling so off!!! my whole being is cattywhompus!!!

                    Sorry to hear about your headaches Char and Jill. Are you taking anything for it?

                    Jimmie... don't push yourself too far. Slow and steady wins the race.

                    Here the air is way better than before. Not nearly so much humidity and a nice "champagne like" feel to it these last couple of days!

                            I am at 31,554 for the week. Short of my goal (40K) but I am thinking that was a bit ambitious, especially if I am upping my weight training too. And the road didn't help. I am going to shoot for 37,500 this week. Thats a six mile average for five days.
