    char, no pc could be a very good thing. and yes i get to feeling just like that more often than i care to admit. including the board. i think we all do once you spend some time here.

    jill, ditto on the being back. looks like all 4 of us are getting a bit of posting done in here.

    we didn't walk at the park but did some antique/junk looking yesterday. jack actually took a day off! surprise surprise! i don't wear my pedometer for that kind of walking and besides, it rained.

        Hang in there jimmie. I think we all have a slack couple of weeks here in there. As long as i eventually make it back I feel OK with it.

        Didn't walk Weds but did 8300 yesterday. Getting back...

                i was not to be denied. it bothers me when i can't make a goal so i laced up my shoes, put my headphones on, strapped on the pedometer and took a 45 minute walk which got me just a little over my goal this week.

                  i have alot going on. i could list reason after reason for ducking out of this challenge but it wouldn't matter.

                  i'm going to bow out of this challenge at least for the time being. jack and i walk 3 or 4 times a week and that is not changing.

                    o.k. I'm not giving up ...I'm still plain ole freakin tired...I might take jimmies lead and back off this week...I'll be in and out i just need time...I'm off track with my sleep..I don't have good luck with sleep!! I flop around like a fish..I'm off track with my excersise, my eating ..I'm just a mess! I need a makeover..lol

                      I am having a hard time getting back on track too. Am working on it but I fly back to China Sunday and get son #2 off to school this week. I am definitely floundering on all fronts these past couple of weeks. I was very motivated all summer until the cruise and now I can't seem to get myself back on the wagon completely. UUuggh!
