Re: January Squat Challenge--Lift those Saggy Rears!
The Squat challenge started me doing squats in Sept 2006. Even though I haven't "officially" signed up for every squat challenge thereafter, I have been doing squats on a regular basis. I have really noticed a difference & it has really lifted my butt up. I do about 30 - 50 a day about 5x per week. I also do plei squats which really work the inner & outer thigh. I sometimes add dumbells for a harder workout. Count me in for 1000!
