hey ya'll, I suck, I haven't even done 1. tomorrow is my day off, I'm going to do a bunch, lol, I swear, but I am so scared because last time I did squats, I did about 20 and my thighs hurt for a week!! I'm not so fearless!

Disco when I started doing Squats I could only do 18 at a time, in one month I moved up to being able to do 54 and this morning when I did my fitness test for January I did 85. Just take it one day at a time and only do what you can it will improve a little bit each day! Don't over do it and kill yourself just do 5 at a time or 10 at a time several times through out the day ....... You can do it!
