    Emma - hope you can get a good one for march. Standard plastic exercise ones are quite good.

    Chicklady - hope your back is better. A minute is tough - but you'll get there in the end.

          Ok, I managed a minute a day the last two days without too much pain in my back. Not gonna make goal this month, but there's always March Still haven't done a minute straight, but I actually manage to do the minute with only "breathers" in between, instead of hours

                I've been out of commission due to my back. UGHHH. But, I still have time left in the challenge to get some minutes in. I am going to attempt to jump a bit after Idol tonight. Great job by everyone so far!

                  Okay - jump roping or skipping as the UK'ers say is dangerous Bad backs and bum knees... however the point is we are all trying even if we don't make our goals this month... Just consider it practice for March's challenge

                    With all that happen in these past 2 weeks i did not even think about what i'm eating let alone skipping. My spirit is back so i managed a few mins and still have up to Friday to make up

                        I'm sitting out until the March challenge. That'll give me back a 3 day rest, more if you all don't start it till the 3rd.
