            Hi Alexa & ToBig, welcome to the Squat Challenge. We've got a small group going here, but we're committed, and anxious to trim our derrieres! ToBig, I don't use a bar either, I just do them freestanding, & sometimes hold onto the back of a chair, if I'm really tired. I will update the #'s every Saturday, so please keep track of what you're doing.
