            Phase: Starting OWL 1!
            goal: lose a few inches of fat, gain 6 pounds+ of muscle, lose some cellulite, run a marathon

            started lifting weights

                          I am a little late for March. But, I think this will motivate me as I have a 5k road race in 6 weeks.

                            Sunday is my rest day too!

                            Today I went swimming at the Y and swam 1 mile! I thought I had swam much more but it turns out that I didn't when I did the calculations! And let me tell you doing 4 miles on the treadmill is way easier than a 1 mile swim, although to me swimming is a lot more fun, it really is more work! My arms feel like noodles today!!!! LOL! Tomorrow will be more swimming and then maybe an evening jaunt on the treadmill to up the mileage!
