    im in for 95 miles, running and spinning. oh lord, what am i thinking !! but i need to be held accountable and this challenge seems to make alotta people want to do better!

    so since this is my first one, do we check in here? or how does this challenge work?

    EXERCISE CHALLENGE for APRIL:
    400/3100 crunches 10.1/100 miles run 90/300 pushups

    i wouldnt cheat on my love- ever in a million years, so why would it be okay for me to cheat on my diet?!?!?

          I can't believe how quickly March came! Wasn't I just out christmas shopping yesterday?! It sure feels like it

          This is going to be a wonderful month for us all! It would be beyond wonderful if we could all make goal this month....which means I have to get moving too!!!!

          Lets go for it!!!! I know we can all do it!!!!

                You will do just fine. Just post how many miles you do each day here on the thread. It will be fun.

                    spinning is a class at my gym.. probably most gyms, ur on a stationary exercise bike but ur instructor tells u when to up the resistance, stand up, sit down, pedal uphill. its an awesome workout- once ur bum gets used to the seat one hour of spinning typically equals 12 miles. its no beginer workout thats for sure.. my legs will be on fire tuesday night when i have my 1st class since november!!!

                    haha.. i loved sit-n-spin when i was little. 2 miles on the eliptical today. not bad for a lazy sunday. good luck all!
