        Hey all - March 24th - 100 crunches

        (had to make up for the fact I didn't do any over the weekend) By the way just looking at the numbers Jimmie posted some of you are gonna have rock hard abs by the time you finish this challenge.. amazing numbers up there! You do inspire a girl I was so proud of my original goal of 500 crunches and then I see quite a few with over 1000 crunches under their belts and go uhhh ~ gotta up my goal for next month. THANKS! (and I actually mean that).. Good work all.

          i am so sorry i havent been here.. please dont think i bailed out, but i had a small personal tragedy, i didnt even kno but i was pregnant and miscarried the night before my birthday (march 13th.) under doctors care i was not allowed to do situps or run like i promised everyone i would. anyway today was the first day i was allowed to exercise and believe me i got my butt to the gym. i know i probably wont make goal, but im not giving up!

          200 crunches for today. thank you all!

            (((HUGS))) I am so terribly sorry for your loss so please accept my deepest condolences. I have to say -- you HAVE alot of determination - just released from doctors care and already determined to hit the gym... I applaud you for not giving up or being concerned with goal ~ just consider what ever you do for this month as practice for your April goal!! Just take care and don't over due it.
