          Thanks! Bodypump is the reason for my ability to do squats - I used to do 100 in a row with 20lbs on a bar 3 times a week - ouch! Haven't been for a while now though...It kills but the instructor makes you do it basically.

          50 is good! I find they get harder the more other exercise you do, sort of thing - so when I did 175 in a row it was after Xmas when I'd been slobbing around - couldn't sit down the next without screaming though

              I'm not that strong yet. I break them up into sets of 25, I rest and then do 25 more until I'm done. I'd love to be able to do 50 at a time. I'm getting there.

                            Am I too late to join? I already did 42 today for the other challenge. It's been about 6 hours and my legs are already sore and feeling awsome so I'd like to continue. If I can, put me down for 50 a day/1550 for the month and I'll make up the first couple days over the course.
