                        15, 25, 20, 15 (Done in 4 shaking, trembling burning sets....Whew!) I remember when I first started doing these, I couldn't imagine how you guys were doing 100 at a time. I can actually tell my endurance/strength has increased. I had trouble doing 15 in the beginning! Whoo-hoo!
