    Thought I'd get this started so everyone has plenty of time to sign up So who's ready to get those abs in shape?

    Tell me what you commit to and just post on this thread. Whether its a specific total (i.e. = 2000 for the month) or 50 every day.. choice is completely up to you.

    Also, in case you didn't know you get a pretty award for meeting your monthly goal. So who wants to join me?

    Abs Challenge: 90/1000

    Since I am starting this I BETTER commit don't you think?!


    I pledge to do 1000 crunches for the month of April

    - which means I better start today (JUST KIDDING) however I am going to have to work my ABS off in order to meet this goal.

        hi im new to this and really want to work out my mid section, count me in. Do i have to report everyday and do i have to just post a thread or there is another way of doing it. i pledge 100 a day

            O.K. ((WINK WINK)) I'm here....Since I'm new to this, well not new but new to committing to doing the darn crunches every night ...lets try 1200 for the month ... if I can do that I'll up it next time around. Geez I can't wait for this to start

              since i am still working on my march goal.......i am gonna keep abs at 1500 for april as well

                Welcome Tatenda! As Porcelain said just post when you do your ab work ~ I hpe you will find this thread to be a wonderful support system as I have -- it has really kept me on track with my exercise commitments.

                Hey Charks - I was hoping you'd show up

                Porcelain - your making my abs hurt just looking at your numbers

                Chris - you are pretty close to making your March goal so you will do great in April.

                  Since this was a type of challenge that helped me last summer lose a lot of inches...I'm in!!

                  I'm in for 2000....anything beyond that will be bonus points to me !

                      Dude, it made me hurt. I actually got nauseous! Your abs are amazing though, is it true they are the only muscle group you are fine to work every single day? All other muscle groups they say take a rest in between when lifting. AND BY GOD, MINE ARE LIFTING!
