      Jimmie I just wanted to let you know we are heading out Friday to NC to go visit my dad who is not well ......... I am most likely not going to have a ball there to use unless my sister has one so I will have a lot of catching up to do when I get back ...... I am going to try to keep up with most of my excercise while away but probably won't have much if any computer access. Don't think I'm lost I WILL be back ...........

        thanks for letting us know heidi. you're coming along nicely so maybe you won't be too far behind when you return. any chance you can deflate your ball and take it with you? wouldn't take up much space that way. with the stress of your dad it might come in handy just to do some good stretching on it.

        at any rate, have a safe trip and i know i speak for the others.... we hope your dad starts feeling better.

          Heidi, hope your dad gets to feeling better. Sorry to hear that he's not doing well.

          I've been up for the past couple of hours...darn insomnia! So, I decided to do my ball exercises, focusing on stretching instead of strengthening with weights. I was hoping that it would make me feel relaxed enough to go back to sleep. Oh, well!

          4/10: 20 minutes of stretching

          200/350 minutes
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

              Thanks for the well wishes for my dad ........ we are heading out a day early as he has taken a turn for the worse and we need to get there ........ My plan is to stick to my eating plan and hoping I can do so while being at the hospital so much. I got 10 min in this morning which brings me up to 156/350 ......... I talked to my sister yesterday and she does have a ball so I might even get some time on it there ........ I'm just trying not to stress to much over it all ........

                              i'm glad you love the stab. ball, bio.
                              i usually like mine but i'm tired of it at the moment.
                              as planned, i moved on to level II and the trainers spent 49 minutes making me bend, pull, stretch and otherwise contort myself with the ball and the band.
