          Sorry for the late post, but I can only post during the weekdays at the moment...

          4/20: 20 minutes
          4/21: 20 minutes

          360/350 total minutes = surpassed goal for the month!
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7

            Hey fellow ballers ......... I am home from NC and soooooooo ready to get my butt back in gear and mack on my challenges again. We spent most of our time at the hospital and so though I hate to admit it my eating and excercise plans both fell through the floor ....... So I am on catch up mode now and restart mode .........I sat on my ball this morning and it just felt so good to be back in my comfort routine ...........Thanks for being here ........

                  Welcome back, Heidi!!! I'm a stress eater, too, so I can understand about not eating to plan or lack of exercise during those times. It is difficult when you have other things on your mind...so glad you're back home and on the stick again.

                            400 minutes? Well, I could have made a mistake in addition...wouldn't be the first time. Thanks for keeping track, Jimmie! By the way, YOU're really close to goal, too!

                            Heidi, a couple more of those 30 minute workouts and you'll be at goal yourself! Way to work those muscles!!!
