7.17 today for me
LOL...I know...it was really hard today (having not done it in a few days)...but the more I exercize...the better I feel it seems! I have a lot of stressfull things going on right now ...and its like I'm burning out all that stress. .. I'll be on the bike thinking about things and I just keep going til I feel better.

4 miles walking on Monday and another 4 miles walking on Tuesday.
In the middle of a move, so no bike miles for me for awhile. I know where the bike is, but getting to it is a little difficult. Gee, did I actually say 200 miles? Oh, and I go on vacation at the end of the month! What was I thinking???
