                    8 more miles this morning on the bike.

                    Also had a great weigh in this morning. Lost 4 lbs last week. Must have been all that moving! I am now 10 lbs below my goal weight. I didn't think that losing more weight was even possible at this point! I seemed to eat like a horse last week as well, and was actually expecting to see the weight go up, not down!
